1. When it is hard to clean the inside of a kettle, fill it with water and add a few drops of vinegar. Let it sit overnight, then empty it and rinse with clean water the next morning. The stains will disappear.  

2. To unclog a toilet, avoid physically exerting yourself unpleasantly. Instead, pour hot water mixed with two pumps of shampoo or a small amount of bleach or powdered detergent. Wait a few minutes, and it will clear up.  

3. Dirty light switches from handprints can be cleaned using leftover bread or an eraser.  

4. To cut bread, cake, or cheese neatly, use a piece of string.  

5. When eating a burger, flip it upside down. The top bun is larger, which helps prevent the filling from spilling out.  

6. Rub burnt spots on a pot with boiled apple peels to restore its shine.  

7. To boil sweet potatoes faster and tastier, add a piece of kelp to the pot. The kelp's components soften the sweet potatoes.  

8. To remove the fishy smell from raw chicken, soak it in milk before cooking.  

9. Revive wilted vegetables like lettuce or perilla leaves by soaking them in a large bowl of water with a bit of vinegar and two sugar cubes. The greens will regain their vibrant color and freshness.

11. To keep leftover chips from getting stale, put a sugar cube in the bag instead of just sealing the opening. The sugar will absorb moisture.  

12. Wrap the stems of bananas with cling wrap or foil to prevent browning and keep them fresh longer.  

13. When batteries are low, tap the front of the battery with a hammer or screwdriver 4–5 times to temporarily restore functionality.  

14. If you feel heavy after eating meat, eat pineapple. Its components aid digestion by softening the meat.  

15. When silver-plated forks and spoons lose their shine, soak them in milk for an hour, then wipe them with a dry cloth to restore their luster.  

16. To remove paper or stickers stuck on glass, spray mosquito repellent generously, wait 1–2 minutes, and wipe with a damp cloth.  

17. Remove grease stains on wallpaper by dabbing lightly with beer on a cloth. The stains will come off easily.  

18. Place an open bottle of leftover soju in the fridge. The alcohol will absorb unpleasant smells from kimchi and other food.  

19. To smooth out deep wrinkles in clothes, rub them with the moist part of a radish slice or apply radish juice, then iron.  

20. To clean clams thoroughly before cooking, soak them in salt water with a metal object like a brass spoon or knife. The clams will release sand, making the dish cleaner and tastier.  

21. To eliminate cigarette smoke in a room, light a candle. Candles absorb surrounding smoke, helping to clear the air.  

22. Hang a wet towel in a room while running a fan. The evaporating moisture will cool the room further.  

23. When stacked bowls get stuck, pour cold water into the inner bowl and place the outer bowl in warm water. The difference in expansion will separate them easily.
